The Preschool Pod: A Confident Parent Program begins with a one-hour group video session where we’ll tackle your biggest preschool parenting challenges and set clear goals for the four weeks ahead.
Then, with weekday access to personalized Voxer coaching from Sara, you’ll receive real-time support and practical strategies to guide your child with calm, confidence, and connection.
Whether you’re facing sibling squabbles, resistance at bedtime, explosive outbursts, or transitions to preschool, Sara is here to help you shift out of survival mode and into intentional, empowered parenting.
What’s included?
Each client will complete the Keenly Guided Parenting: Child Development and History Questionnaire prior to beginning their work with Sara
One one-hour group intro video-call to ask any questions, hear Sara’s real-time responses, and set goals for our work together over the next four weeks
Unlimited week-day support using Voxer (Voxer allows users to send and receive audio messages, text, photos, and videos, offering a combination of real-time and asynchronous communication, similar to a walkie-talkie, but with the ability to send messages that can be listened to later)
Parents and caregivers can send audio/video of challenging situations with their child to receive more accurate feedback and coaching
